Its strange to think that since my last post. the whole world has effectively been in a state of limbo…Covid-19 has struck… Now whether you believe the conspiracy theorists who say one thing or the medics and academics who say another; one thing is true…
Changes have happened…on a personal level, on a family level, on a local level and you know the rest.
Personally it’s been tough, the first few months being confined to the house except when visiting the local shops was very demoralising, mores for the dormouse as she is an only child. The house however is ow full of Lego…saying nothing.
Work started off well and has continued but we have had to adapt; moving everything to social media and video platforms…social distancing has been a problem especially for the dormouse as she has been unable to see her friends and welcomes the return to school later this week.
We did however manage a week in Devon at the end of July so we could meet up (social distantly) with family and friends who we haven’t seen for a couple of years and a good time was had by all.
As things begin to return to some form of normality, whatever that may be I am reminded of The Black Death (Bubonic Plague) between 1347 to 1351 that took an estimated 75,000,000 – 200,000,000…
Photo is social distancing in 1347 – 1351…..
